Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident when joining our programs.
Refunds
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided that the workshop or program has not yet started.
Once the live workshop or program has begun, payments are generally non-refundable.
Refunds are also not available after you have received or accessed digital recordings, downloadable materials, or other digital content provided as part of the program, except where required by applicable law.
Missed Sessions
If you are unable to attend a live session, this does not normally qualify for a refund.
When recordings are included in the program, they will be provided according to the conditions stated on the program page.
Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
If we cancel an event, you will be offered either:
- a full refund, or
- the option to transfer your payment to a rescheduled event.
If an event is rescheduled, we will notify you by email and provide information about the available options.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at
info@juttahealingtao.com and include:
- your full name
- the email address used for your purchase
- the name of the program or workshop
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of your country.
